As of 1/29 - 4AM EST, the game went down. The entire server had a drive issue. I have already pro-actively ordered another Raid Card. However, the reason for this was 3 of the 4 SSD drives went down. After an hour of digging into why I could not log into the RAID controller I found my answer (INT 19) had to be enabled. Once I did that i saw the drives went offline, and proceeded to recover them. As of this instance all 4 SSD drives are back online, one RAID 1 is fully restored (JEDIMUD) and the other is at 65% rebuilt. I have added a Global hot spare SSD drive now.
As of this writing I believe the game will be back up in 30 minutes MAX. AKA 8:30AM EST
