Surely, there are ways around it that have been employed by myself and others for some time. I have a hiding spot not all that far from Mid that I have never seen evidence of anyone else coming across, or knowing about. What kinda bugs me is that you can camo an item/items all you want, if someone uses a mage, they can see it on locate. If so inclined they can just log in a ranger and go retrieve it if they know where it is. How hard would it be to add a !locate flag to an item once it has been camo'd? It's been a while since I've had someone happen across camo'd items of mine and grab them, but always a possibility. Even better still, though I can understand it would probably be a bit more difficult to implement, would be to make the camo skill character specific. If I use ranger X to camo an item, ranger Y doesn't see it if he happens across it.
